How do I order as a Wholesale Customer?
Firstly, give one of the Wholesale Team members a call in the office so we can get to know one another (07 3216 7777) Let's work out first if we're like peas in a pod!
If you want to go further, we will set you up with a subscription to our weekly e-news which is sent out every Tuesday evening. This email includes a link to our shopfront on OFN (Open Food Network), giving you access to all available produce, grocery items, pack sizes and farmer information.  

When can I order?
The shopfront is open from Tuesday evening until midday on Thursday, so your order must be in and complete BEFORE that time.

How does it work?
What you've ordered will be harvested by our farmers over the weekend and delivered to the Food Connect Homestead in Salisbury on Monday and in the early hours of Tuesday morning to be packed up and prepared for you.

Is there a minimum amount that I can order?
Yes! The minimum spend is $200 each time you place an order. There is no requirement relating to order frequency, but regularity is always appreciated as it helps to create a more stable market and for our social enterprise.  Additional costs associated with delivery, third-party collections and cross-docking items will be discussed with you when your account is set up.

What is OFN (Open Food Network)
OFN is a new ordering system created by our mates at the Open Food Foundation to support people like us, you and our friendly farmers. 

How do I use OFN?
If you are a registered wholesale customer, you will be receiving your weekly email with a link to our OFN page. 

The very first thing you need to do once you land on the webpage, is to select your usual delivery day. Please click the drop down arrow in the top right hand corner of the page and choose your designated day. Once selected, our product list will become visible and you can start to shop.

If you haven't already created an account, you can do so at the landing page. Please save your user information for future use as this will now be your weekly ordering method. Follow the prompts to head through the checkout and select your usual payment option and submit your order. You will still receive your invoice upon delivery.
