Two brothers founded this gourmet mushroom farm located in the Tweed Valley. Rarely do gourmet mushroom farmers undertake every process of mushroom making. Most 'Australian Grown' mushrooms actually start their life far away in other countries. These mushroom 'logs' are imported and only harvested in Australia. Unfortunately, many mushroom farmers label these mushrooms as 'Product of Australia'. On our farm we make our own spawn from Australian wheat and we inoculate our 'logs' on a mixture of Australian hardwood and chaff.
No pesticides or sprays are used on our mushrooms.
