Alessandro moved from Italy to Brisbane with his family when he was just 12-year-old. While he loved the place, he missed buffalo mozzarella so much he couldn't help trying to make it himself.
It took many years of dedicated work, but the results were so good, friends and family started asking him to make mozzarella for them. It was not long until Alessandro was producing top notch buffalo mozzarella, burrata and fior di latte.
