Mario and Angelo Giacosa were once conventional farmers but have now chosen to go down the chemical free path. They have taken various biological farming courses (such as Graham Saite’s nutritech course) to learn how to grow their produce more sustainably. They tell us that they have now been christened ‘the Apple Doctors’! Mario and Angelo are pleased to have visitors to their farm to show them their farming methods.
