Yummy cabbage and proscuitto
Ingredients:
- 1 small cabbage
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- olive oil for frying
- 100g proscuitto (approx.)
Method:
Shred cabbage.
Peel and crush 1-2 cloves garlic.
Heat slurp of olive oil in frying pan with fitting lid.
Pan fry garlic and several slices of prosciutto until starting to brown – couple of minutes.
Add shredded cabbage, toss well and cover with lid. Allow to steam for a few minutes.
Check cabbage and toss again.
When cabbage is wilted – serve hot.
